2008 Cadillac CTS - First Hand Reviews
Here's a collection of comments from media members, after experiencing the appeal of the 2008 Cadillac CTS first-hand:
"Wow! Is this really a Cadillac? It's not just the best-handling Caddy in history, but probably the best-handling American sedan ever." (Angus MacKenzie - "MotorTrend")
"The big story under hood comes from Cadillac's new direct-injection V6. Injecting gasoline straight into the combustion chamber results in a more thorough combustion process, cleaner emissions, better economy and an increase in output - in this case, to the tune of 304 hp at 6300 rpm.... and on regular fuel to boot." (Natalie Neff - "AutoWeek")
"Cadillac's new engine outmuscles most six-cylinder powerplants from Acura, Audi, BMW, Infiniti, Lexus, Lincoln and others...." (Richard Truett - "Automotive News")
"Boiled down to what matters most....2008 Cadillac CTS - with its excellent powertrain, great handling, substantially improved interior and dramatic new styling - succeeds on all levels." (Andrew Bornhop - "Road & Track")
"The tall and distinctive [projector headlamps] look more like a glass-cut chandelier than a pair of automotive lighting devices." (Scott Burgess - "The Detroit News")
"The Cadillac CTS comes closer than any other car I've seen to date in providing the kind of entertainment features and telematics tools the driver and passengers want." (Bill Howard - "Technoride.com")
"The optional navigation system has a screen that retracts into the dash, but the top inch of the screen always remains visible as the primary display for audio and climate control, a real breakthrough in function for nav systems." (Dan Edmunds - "Edmunds Inside Line")Labels: 2008 Cadillac CTS, Cadillac, Cadillac CTS, Cadillac CTS Reviews, Chapel Hill, Durham, Pittsboro, Smithfield
